InTouchLink is a software company that provides care and connection in senior living communities. Their holistic cloud-based solution was built specifically to address gaps, inefficiencies, and silos that often occur within these communities.

Content Strategy
In need of a refresh, I guided the content strategy in a website update initiative. Working with colleagues in website design and SEO specializations, I created a content strategy for the new InTouchLink website that ensured it was optimized to rank well on SERPs and will continue to do so for LLMs and AI platforms.
I also created a robust content strategy for ongoing content development that included optimized blogs, whitepapers, videos, and other resources to ensure continual value is being offered to the InTouchLink audience and prospective customers.
Content Writing
Once the content strategies were approved, I worked through a positioning exercise with the InTouchLink team to uncover how InTouchLink nurtures product and brand loyalty by satisfying consumers.
Once the exercise was complete and optimized search terms were identified, website content (including CTAs for buttons) was planned and written for each page.
Given this system's massive size and the numerous features and functionality available for users who are not always tech-savvy, we needed to simplify and organize the way we presented InTouchLink.
To accomplish this, we minimized the amount of copy on each page while focusing on products readily available to the market and proof points that InTouchLink is a robust platform that offers flexibility and a full array of features while also being extremely user-friendly.
