Content Strategy

I worked with The Benefits Trust team for a number of years, creating YOY content strategies that evolved as their business did.

Collaborating with The Benefits Trust team, we leveraged engaging webinars, blog posts, social media, and email marketing in their robust content strategy. I also included regular website reviews and updates in their strategy to ensure that relevant keywords and phrases were being used and that their website content was optimized to ensure good rankings on SERPs.

Content Writing

Once the content strategies were approved, I wrote all blog posts and emails while working with Analytics and Technology colleagues to optimize all blog posts and ensure they would be crawled and ranked by search engines.

When many employers shifted to a work from home structure, there came a realization that many health benefits plans catered to those working in offices. This shift called for a discussion on what kind of benefits are valuable for employees who work from home and, just as importantly, how insurance providers can approach future-focused discussions on their plans for their business.
