WinterProof is a brand owned by Recochem. The WinterProof products are used to protect valued properties like cottages, RVs, boats, and hot tubs. The WinterProof website was due for an update, and, as the Content Manager responsible for their account, I helped guide this initiative.

Content Strategy
I worked closely with the Recochem team to guide the content strategy for the website refresh. I analyzed the existing WinterProof website, created a gap analysis to identify gaps in content, and made recommendations on new content for the site, including updated and new product information, product resources and how-to's, and optimization of keywords and phrases throughout the website.
Content Writing
Once the strategy and gap analysis for the website had been approved, I wrote the content for the new WinterProof website.
I worked closely with our Analytics & Technology team to determine keywords and phrases that could be incorporated in the headers, CTAs, and within the content to optimize the website.
E-commerce Writing
The team at Recochem also wanted to update all of the product descriptions across all of their brands on their e-commerce partner websites. I worked with the team to identify and prioritize the products that needed to be updated and worked with our internal Analytics & Tech team to identify keywords and phrases that could be incorporated into the descriptions to enhance their optimization for search engines.

My team and I updated and refreshed e-commerce product descriptions for all Recochem products sold through Canadian Tire and other national retail partners, including WinterProof products.
